Chocky was a 1980s adaptation of a John Wyndham novel. When twelve-year-old Matthew Gore starts talking to a voice that only he hears, his parents think he has an imaginary friend. However, Matthew’s unusual questions and his new skills seem to suggest that there is more than a childhood fantasy at work….

I have been watching this on You Tube recently and it is really good stuff. The novel is good but this is even better in my opinion.
