This mid-1980s Robin Hood series included both fantasy and historical fiction. It was known for the character of Herne the Hunter, who gave Robin his mission. It was called Robin Hood for many US broadcasts.

Robin of Sherwood was a fantasy themed version of the Robin Hood legend. It ran for three seasons in the mid-1980s, and it had a strong sense of history. It was known for being very original, and for influencing other Robin Hood productions that followed it. It was called Robin Hood for many US broadcasts.

This is the second half of our Blake’s 7 discussion. In the far future, Roj Blake and his band of rebels are fighting against the Federation. Blake fights this evil empire with a powerful ship called The Liberator. Blake’s 7 is available on DVD sets in the U.K., but not in North America.

The Federation dominates nearly every planet in the galaxy, but Blake has the most powerful ship in known space…. Blake’s 7 is available on Region 2 DVD sets in the U.K.
